Contribute to our Annual Fund - Contact us and we’ll provide you with the information required to donate to our annual fund.
United Way – If your employer participates in the United Way, you can follow these instructions to make a United Way donation for Hospital Hospitality House:
- Request a Donor Option Form from your United Way Representative
- Go to the “Designation” form – it is the last page in the packet
- Insert the dollar amount to be given in the box marked “Designated”
- Complete letter F – “Non-Status Organization (Write-In)”
- Fill in the Organization Name (Hospital Hospitality House) and Address (527 W South St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007)
- Sign and date the form and return to the proper United Way Representative
